We compare the issue with confirmed listing photos, condition notes, and buyer-approved details.

Step 3

Resolve

If approved, the resolution may be repair support, replacement sourcing, partial adjustment, return approval, or refund.

Before payment

- Ask for current photos, close-up condition images, product ID, specs, and fitment confirmation.
- Confirm wheel size, width, offset, PCD, center bore, tire condition, and stock location.
- Request a local UAE delivery or worldwide shipping quote before sending payment.

After confirmation

- Orders are prepared based on the confirmed product details shared through WhatsApp, email, or invoice communication.
- Special sourced rims, photo-based sourcing orders, and reserved stock may not be cancelable once supplier confirmation, packing, or export preparation begins.
- Exported items are reviewed case by case because international returns can involve freight, customs, duties, and handling costs.

Issue review

- If an item materially differs from the confirmed description, contact LEGITWHEELS immediately with photos and order details.
- We review product condition, communication history, inspection photos, and shipping status before proposing a resolution.
- Approved resolutions may include replacement sourcing, partial adjustment, return approval, or refund depending on the case.

Items usually not eligible for return

- Special sourced rims found through a customer photo or custom request after supplier confirmation.
- Items already exported internationally where customs, duties, freight, or handling make return impractical.
- Wheel sets where the confirmed specs, photos, and condition notes matched the information approved before payment.

Evidence required for review

- Clear photos or videos of the issue taken immediately after delivery or collection.
- The product ID, listing URL, invoice details, and WhatsApp conversation where the order was confirmed.
- Packaging photos if the concern may be related to transport handling or delivery damage.
